Monese gives you a personal GB IBAN now, not shared. It's 5€ a month (and first month free), and if you don't have any money on your account, they don't charge you anything until the next time you transfer money to your account (just for that one month, not for x months you didn't use).

Also the Paysera VISA issuance used to cost 3€, now it's 30€ with a 0.45€ fee per month.
