Lately I have a low of dips in reported hashrates on Ethermine. Is this normal? It wierd because both of miners dip for cca. 2mhs at the same time? Is this a pool issue, or miner issue?

It can be an effect of miner fees, or OCing too much, but overall it won't impact much on your earnings / accepted shares.
