dsertov, I actually do not see any restictions for investors, except of those mentioned in their FAQs: "Anyone who can pay the annual membership due (dues only accepted in cryptocurrency) and is not in violation of their country, state, municipal laws on digital currency is eligible to join Avalon" and in Terms & Conditions on the crowdfund page : "...be at least 13 years old"
