Honestly i didn't see any reason why minexcoin still don't want to have any exchange, minexcoin core has no bugs and ready for public. Maybe Minexbank has few bugs but i didn't see it as main reason to hold minex listed in exchange.
Let say to get listed in cryptopia, it will cost around 1.5 - 2 btc, depend on their Dotcoin price
To get listed in yobit, it will cost around 0.1 - 0.5 btc.
However we have patience as long as you do the best with your project.
