I think guys dont have anything against the project the y just want their rights as investors are respected.
Imagine: you invest money for two years and then one of your team members takes everything you paid whole team for and brings it to another project.
Those investitions are some more than 0.3 ETH as you understand.

There is FUD and then there are valid questions. Most of the questions are answered in the Whitepaper but nowadays ppl want to be spoonfed and don't bother to read and compare. I guess that's one of the disadvantages of opening up investing to the masses.
