There are some folks selling them on OLX ,  but be warned 90% use the nigerian variation trick or post US numbers when you ask for them .  All are hoax.  Make sure you meet them in person and check the miner before you buy.   There is a dealer my frd brought from in Ahmedabad. But is a pricy guy  hes asking for $5k for immediate delivery and hes got slabs for the futures ones.  Saw an D3 go for $8K for the Sep Batch.
