He's encounter a problem running the miner. I remember same issue and the way to solve was posted here before. I can't remember exactly, maybe the antivirus is blocking his miner? Anyone can help?

I had the same problem, but it was my mistake, I forgot to run the "VirtacoinPlus-V3.0.0.exe" as Administrator. I always open the "VirtacoinPlus-V3.0.0.exe" by right-clicking it and hit "Run as Administrator". So, hopefully, running as Administrator may fix your problem as well. Give it a try if you haven't...
