All sorted..Had to move old Electrum Folder, and recovered BCC with old wallet seed, 13 BCH an still syncing

You could've added the seed to Electroncash too and your wallet would be instant synced!

Been trying to get them for a MONTH !!! Downloading the WHOLE blockchain, with an ancient laptop/slow HDD !
Looks like the same page as the one i used...Did you leave your BCH is the wallet or is there a safer option ? I'm waiting on a Ledger nano..
