The QT wallet is on the website. Scroll down and click the win 64/32 button.

I finally found it.. but I think you need to update the products section because it takes you to a login page if you look there for the wallet.

I just downloaded the windows 64 bit wallet and it is the 0.9.4.4 version which says you will lose your bitmarks
