It is for web wallet, not local wallet. You can move your sigts on desktop wallet
Desktop wallet cannot sync a couple of days, show 0 connections, is there new version of desktop wallet or what i'm doing wrong??? 
works fine for me,today downloaded to new pc,sync. in few hours. try to restart wallet
