2. Zack was never CTO, he was a developer who left. Now they have 5 dev's.
3. As you already said it's ERC20 token, we all know that mainnet will be launched next year and it will have it's own token. So what is the point if it's delayed or not delayed.
4. Chinese got their AE tokens through other enterprise which is closed down. AE again has nothing to do with that.
