At the time of writing it is now $1.80, or 44k Sat.

It is worth bearing in mind that, before Helium was publicly proposed, SPR was trading around 33k Sat.
I believe that it will initially drop below that when there is a mass sell-off after the HLM snapshot, but probably bounce back to a bit above 33k after a little while.
Note though that I am not an experienced trader and this is just a guess on my part.
