If he is a legit guy he should have swapped all the coins of everyone to the X one and stopped this one and not just give a window of 7 days as per his wish. He should remember that it is all of us who bought the coins and made his dream of this coin so he needs to address us. Either promote both the coins or swap to the new ones for the balance holders.
The price of this coin is dropping everyday and X one is increasing daily so he cannot ignore this coin holders

Ok if we do not have answer from dev in a few days and start with giving back our coins, we can start a private group for annoucing and spreading the word that this 3 coins are scams and this dev is ripoff. Social media are very poverfull trust me.
