Due to request, I've changed the Altcoin local thread requirement from minimum 10 pages to 3 pages.

So far only Indonesian have been translated, I have decided that rewards will be distributed to all thread translator, since so far there is only one thread 1000 tokens will be rewarded if no other translation comes forward. 1000 tokens is about 1000USD.
