Probably a throwaway account.Could u please point out to the escrow profile on BitcoinTalk?
I could take an educated guess based on the escrows that are willing to deal with such shady transactions. 
Whoever can provide a signed message from an older address is the original owner.
And? The owner could still have sold it, and recovering it this way would then be a scam.
