Technology is not always a good thing.

One example is with the children.
In the old days, children used to play outside with their friends.
Now majority of them are just staring at their iPads.

Use of technology affects health. It does so by first affecting the way of thinking. The increased used of technology such as mobile phones or video games by children affects how their brains work. Secondly, technology affects health through causing obesity. Spending more time on watching television increased snacking of unhealthy foods.
All of the things that you mentioned? Logically speaking as I am a gamer myself is that, Technology isn't the one to blame really people why are thinking like that? I mean the real problem here is the discipline of each individual towards Technology. Don't treat it as a means of disaster, don't forget that it dramatically helped us in many ways, it made us evolved and made us who we are right now (besides the society that is). If the health is as issue then just provide enough time to do the work you've assigned with. It just made our jobs a little bit more easier than ever, for example when we wanted to write a document we needn't need to write manually and when we want to rephrase or have some wrong spellings or grammars we cant do that in the paper now do we? Think about it is has become part of us now, since we've already entered the Information Age.

Really it is just a matter of Discipline, don't blame the Technology.
