Can somebody tell me how all these debitcards work? At what price (bid of any or a specific exchange? something else? illiquid tokens suffer from horrible spreads and volume) are tokens/cryptocurrencies actually exchanged? How is it done to get the best price for both user without card supplier costing it money? Sorry if this might be a bit off topic
