Yes myetherwallet.com is great. I also was like you and wanted one wallet doe more then one coin. I ended up just using a full wallet with chain for all the altcoins I collect. The myetherwallet is amazing and works so well I love it. I just hope there still coins being made now because there are so many people doing tokens and ICO for them. Remember to keep your back ups in a safe place.
