I'm sure yes. If you look at the price of bitcoin right now, its increase again today and i'm sure it will surpass $4,500 today or next week. That fall price is only temporary because of many people panicked of that bad news about bitcoin from China. Even the china exchanges still has a low price but it's not affect other exchanges.
