itss depend on you if you want ling term investment it think price now is doesn't matter, but if you want to short term trading to get some profit from the price different i think you can follow the news about bitcoin in this forum or see the issue issue about bitcoin, because issue issue about bitcoin will impact with btc price

I thin as far as buying is concerned, you should buy it as early as possible because you never know whether the prices will increase or decrease in coming days. You need to buy it now. As far as selling is concerned, it depends on you.
Its not hard to judge the right time to sell as you will only sell when the price of bitcoin will exceed your entry price but the toughest thing is to know which is the low price to buy bitcoins as if you buy today then you may see price going more lower later on but if you are a long term holder then you should not bother about short term fluctuations as in future price will only go higher.
