Hi, the notice released earlier on 4th Sept already mentioned exchanges will not be allowed to provide fiat vs crypto or fiat vs token services.
Also, on 9th , caixin released, some people say, faked news, that online exchanges will be closed. Today, we heard another news outlet, jing bao, saying the same.
So... it's very likely online exchanges will indeed be closed. It's just a matter of when.
