What you could do is to create a
waves asset called OceanEuro (maybe a better name) and peg it to the Euro at a 1:1 ratio. Then, you can setup an online web interface gateway or give them (general public) your bank account to deposit Euro's. In return people can purchase an equivalent number of OceanEuro on their OceanLAB account.
Now, the OceanEuro holders can use this token at coffee shops, movie theaters etc... all you need is to transfer the tokenised oceanEuro bill to the cafe address through a mobile APP. it should be easier since the addresses can now have aliases. You have the equivalent euros in your bank account and you can settle it with the cafe after commission.
That way you could get rid of costly terminals. This also puts you in direct competition with the debit card/efptos card machine suppliers for businesses because you don't even need one and is useful for very small businesses that cannot afford debit card reader machines.
Remember, not to do a FIAT conversion to anyone except your clients because all you have in your bank is what you can pay for or end up having a liquidity crunch.
