i never saw an emulator for iOS because it's not an open source OS so it's impossible to make an emulator of it
do they give access to the app store or how can i get the app itself?
I don't know if these emulators works, but if they are jailbroken you can just download the .ipa from a trusted website
No ios app work if it is not downloaded from their store.unless you root your iphone.
And there is no such ios emulator in the market and if they will be in future it will cost you alot.they are just malware so avoid it.

Several benefits you can get from it, first of all you will get it free and it won't take your time that usually an offline emulator takes. Simple and easy to explore.
