I would go with Barack Obama. He was one of the most pacifist presidents of the United States, and he withstood intense pressure from Israel, to opt out of military action against Iran.
He's just a puppet of the Rotchschild and Rockefeller. I will choose Putin as the best president and leader in this generation.
