You don't need to open ports. Go here and change port to 9898 in .conf file and remove addnodes.

Save .conf, close wallet and reload wallet.

I havn't .conf file on "c:\Users\@USER@\AppData\Roaming\Vegacoin\". Where can i find them?

Create Vegacoin.conf in that fodler.

How to coonect another rigs? Is it possible?

Not sure how to do that. For me I just quickly set up wallets on each rig. Probably port forward in the network.
