Good Advertising 24/7 Support yet they banned both of my 2 accounts at the same time jon_mjay was banned until september 18, 2017, the other one was supposed to be my bank account jon_bank was banned until october 11, 2017. Sent a ticket yesterday but no replies until now, 24/7 support? Looks legit 
. As of now I'm still waiting for a admin to response if there's any? 
All I want is an valid explanation about this ban, I deposited my money from my hard earn mining site then I withdraw my profits after that they banned my account at the same time cannot talk to the live chat, cannot withdraw but the deposit is still working? WOW! just WOW!

If you are using a VPN which has been used by abusers, don't complains about your faucet ban. If you are not using a VPN, then you have more than 20 active accounts.
14.2 ATTENTION: Having more than 2 accounts is strictly forbidden(by person/IP/house/family). If you are found to be in violation of this rule all of your accounts will be blocked and any funds in them will be forfeited.
