2. I am ok with USDT which is available in bittrex, I don't deal with USD because I can't withdraw them to my local bank account. You can try kraken for this.
3. I can't disclose how much I have in crypto but playing with less than $1000 can't bring any significant profit. Buy low and sell at high price is the ultimate trading strategy.
