I've checked my notes and the github commits, and I don't think there has been a 1.3.3 Windows wallet released. The only difference between 1.3.2 and 1.3.3 (apart from the version id) is that there's some extra code to ban peers that have forked and are repeatedly requesting the same blocks. There is no other change.
I do not understand, you mean that there has been a difurcacion in the block chain? What is the number of coins in circulation, I was thinking of buying some but seeing this I will think about it, there is only one exchange and it may be distilled.
