For 3 days now... I have send a mail to support. I hope they can fix it.
I would be very careful with this exchange. It seems like they are totally unable to handle sustained attacks on their servers. They have resorted to processing withdrawals manually and blocking IP addresses, along with disabling new user registrations for more than a week now. I hope that everything turns out okay, but it's a bit worrisome.
