it is not syncing and i dont know how to sync it.

you must create one .txt file in that directory: C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\Roaming\BitcoinCashScrypt\, and rename this file in BitcoinCashScrypt.conf, then add in created file:

I have done this maybe three different times, copied this into that text file and put it in correct folder. i've tried a few different things because i think this text has been posted differently in this thread a few times. how long should this take to sync? also the text that show up in the wallet when it loads is all cut off somewhere in the middle of each line.
