Really sorry, I'm not daily trader and only calculate after end of the month. But last month I lost almost 40% from my money ( $ 200 ) and that's make me really angry and stress. I can accept if lost because the market, but this time just because I can't control my emotion. Bad day and bad attitude, don't ever lost emotion control. Thank you.
That is why i dont do trading anymore, i just trade when i see a good opportunity. But holding is better, you dont need to check the charts every hour, or even minutes, only at the end of the day if you want to check your profits.
But one you are acostumbrated to hold, you will realize that there will always be downdays, and maybe one day you will be in -50% profit, and next day you are gonna be in 60% in green. So it is better to hold, doesnt matter what
