Hi, I sent 7.9 btc to my wallet. It shows 129 confirmation on block chain but it shows me 0 confirmation on my btc-e account. its already past 20 hours now.

i opened 3 tickets with btc-e support but no response from them.
please any advice on what to do will go a long way.
