If you read the thread with those PRESALE last AUGUST 25, the ICO CROWDSALE was last for only 11 minutes.. not a bad start for a launching ICO in the industry right ? so they are expecting more investors to come and to follow the road map they need to divide it into 4 parts so other investors will be more educate for the plan of this coin and project and can invest too..
