Supposedly they've upgraded the website. We'll find out soon enough. I feel your pain but was able to buy more in July. More of a headache and hassle then necessary.
I can never get a web page, every time they released sometging all I get are timeouts.
Ill give it a try again tomorrow but not really expecting to get through.
VPN into china and it gets way easier from my experience.
