imagine there is "only" 20 000 000 usd at the end of the ico. As there is 6 000 000 000 coins, this means each coins will have a value of 20 000 000 / 6 000 000 000 = 0.0033 usd. And i would have paid them 0.0066 usd.

Yes that is wrong, it wouldnt change the MC at all, as it would be the same amount in existance.
The ICO not selling out isnt looking like it is even a possibility at this time, but even if it did happen, in that case:
You would techically add 33% to its value, as you bought in at .0067 and it then sold for weeks and ended at a price of $.01
