Everything is possible, depends on the demand for Mne when ICO starts. There must be a campaign machine running as of now to increase demand. Once tokens are burned during the ICO phase supply will visibly be reduced (already reduced since exchanged MNE will not hit the market anymore). Scarcity will boost the price and there is only the limit of ETH/10 that will stop it eventually.
But who will create the urgency??? Not much done in terms of increasing awareness levels yet
