We are partially up and running as the DDoS is still underway and some legitimate visitors might still be locked out for a while.
There's something bothering me. I changed my wallet to imToken as it's very easy to use and have a clean interface.
I tested to send 0.0004 ETH to one of my referrals (he is using imToken too) and I set the speed to lowest. Setting the speed to lowest made the fee decrease up to around 0.000026 ETH. Will sending the ATS to the exchange with slowest speed the same (0.000026 ETH) as sending it to another imToken wallet? Or the fee really is 0.0004 ETH?
I want to know because I want to help my referrals (and maybe even others if possible) pay their fees.
Yes, the fee can be even lower than that, that is usually the default fee. Sometimes payments get stuck in processing for a while if the fee is lower, this is why I tend to recommend the default one.
