This lots of cities would be just for the HQ or what? I do not think you can set is in many European cities as the laws are not pro cannabis!
The flagship will be in Oakland, all subsequent locations will be voted on by members of the ParagonOnline community and PRG holders. The hopes are that with future locations we can help to make changes to local laws by giving cannabis friendly startups and activists a safe place to work towards their goals.
