Anybody havez already test the Bittrex Support ?
1 month i'm waiting a answer to get my money, no news... i'm worry about it !
Yesterday they sent a global e-mail saying they are totally lost and asking you to say hello if you still need that ticket.
** WE ASK THAT IF YOUR ISSUE HAS NOT ALREADY BEEN SOLVED THAT YOU REPLY TO THIS EMAIL OR UPDATE YOUR TICKET
Make sure you answer that.
I still have no access to my money but at least they know I did not give up.
My issue was solved yesterday. They are alive
