Can you please ask askgamblers why they declined your complaint?
Oh, there is probably a misunderstood, but new.bitcasino.io has no licensor!
They have replied:

So I don't know the reason Sad I have sent them full documentation, screens and explanation.
Waiting for bitcasino.io support from here, maybe they will help.

Answer to their email and tell them that you do not disagree with their decision, but just want to know what the reason is?

If they in general do not offer dispute resolution for bitcasino.io or if this is caused by your case specially?
