Yeah I think the only option is to report them to cyber crime units.. If they get enough they might take notice, I wrote to the Australian one, as Bitzure says they're from Perth, Australia.
They did respond to me but basically said 'it appears they're trying to manually process withdrawals'.. that's when the small amounts came out.

I think we need a team effort on this one
