Hi azmojo!
We do not offer refunds at this point, but why would you like one in the first place? Pre-ICO investors are in a better position now that they were before. I personally invested into the UTRUST ICO as well and the average price will now be slightly higher than it would have been. Since only 100m would have been sold at 8.5 cents this would not have meant that the price on the exchanges is going to be 8.5 cents either.
Changing the deal after receiving payment is dirty and poor business whether you perceive it to be "better" or not. It's a matter of principal and good business practice.
The Pre-ICO tokens were offered with the initial structure which both parties agreed to at time of purchase.
Now, one party (UTrust), has changed the deal.
In basic contract law this is not allowed and the offer and acceptance of the Pre-ICO offerings constitutes a contract. If one party is going to unilaterally change the contract, the other party should be offered a chance to exit the agreement (i.e., refund). It is unclear if anyone would take it but it should be offered nonetheless.
It's just good business.
