about the price...always it will drop than ICO. i even saw 99% drop when listed.
i think minex bank will do very well with price regulation or volatility, personally i consider this a long term project so a fall i price will be profitable for parking as the rate will or might increase, and a rise in price could pull the parking rate down.
Bank should consider a reasonable profit vs doller for investors, lets say 15%, then controls price in +-5% each day,
