hello AGAIN miners, i still have the same problem

i am trying to dual mine Eth+Sia with Claymore's Dual v10 without any overclock and i use blockchain driver for my 3xAMD vega cards.
Everything works ok for eth BUT i am getting error message for sia coins.

SC: Received error: {"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":4,"error":{"code":-32700,"message":"target-miss"}}

the config.txt is "empty, disabled" (there are "#" infront of all lines)

now i run this for the miner.bat (i hide the last digits with "***" for the post):

i have 2 files for the pools dpool.txt & epools.txt inside the claymores folder

epools.txt :

i can see my ETH stats at eth.nanopool.org but for SIA COINS i cannot see anything at sia.nanopool.org

i am sure that i am not the first one had this issue..
how can i solve this problem?

i need your help, i am trying 2days now with no results
