There are some good ICOs not at your vote list.
Take a look at COMSA and SOMA ICO. COMSA is japanese project with very high potential. SOMA is a decentralized marketplace. It's a little bit more risky then COMSA, but it should be much profitable if it will be successful...
COMSA is one of projects from Japan and NEM platform (new platform for ICO), as per I know with this potential, it better than SOMA about the platform quite interesting. Of course, SOMA also good project but pre-sale of SOMA just raised ~ $100,000 - a funds not good for pre-sale.
