The section of the code that changes the reward won't take effect until Friday Sept 15.The reward should move back up then.
So did I understand this correct? You get 20% yearly reward for staking?

That is the minimum. The max is still 100% The current amount will depend on difficulty. I suspect after the 2nd part of the Fork comes in to play we will move back to the 70% range.
