SmartBillions is a smart contract not a company or a people behind it.
It is a lottery held on the Ethereum blockchain without 3rd party involvement. Funds will be under smart's contract management there's no need for a company managing the funds or operating the lottery. That's the point, SmartBillions is an independent smart contract.

Smart contract is public, and it can veryfied. We don't need to provide the information about the development team when the product is ready and it will be validated.
What's more before the ICO starts the development team will put it's own 1500 ETH in smart contract to proove it's safety.
