This total disregard for everyone interested in this project, investors or not, is a telling sign of what to expect from the exchange (that will likely never happen anyway)
Dev has an long history of choosing not to bother posting in here or in slack even though they are lurking.
Way to shoot yourself in the face before you start.
I do agree, he's lacking communication skills, and regardless what happend to him some time ago, he should announce what are long term plans (if any).
@Banzai: if you're really doing something to complete the project, then you should start updating, since it always builds confidence.
Exchange is a serious venture, so if you're seriously thinking of it, then start building its credibility.
As much as I hate to say this, I can't do anything else but agree with the above.
In addition, it seems he's still running and maintaining his BlockPioneers business:
https://blockpioneers.info. I browsed the website yesterday without issues, now it shows an "Updating Servers, Stay tuned for updates!" message. Whether he's truly "updating" remains to be seen..
But, the fact he's still showing some sort of "activity" around his services, regularly checks Bitcointalk (
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=389572) and doesn't bother to fix the PIO BlockExplorer whilst totally ignoring the PIO community, tells me he obviously doesn't care about PIO anymore. It literally takes 2 minutes to post a message on either Bitcointalk or Slack.
This doesn't bode well for PIO, I suppose only Banzai can prove us wrong.
