What can people build on Neblio that can't be done better without Neblio? I understand the doctors office thing mentioned in the whitepaper, but that would be a private chain and not benefit Neblio in any way. I'm also a litttle unsure about what the usage of the tokens is???
A private chain would absolutely benefit Neblio, since it would drive adoption of the platform, and the company needing the private chain would likely pay for it to be customized, set up, and maintained, if they did not want to do so themselves.
Tokens facilitate the transfer of information across the network, you cannot store or retrieve information on the chain without a txn involving NEBL.
