Byte16I don't understand it can u explain it step by step what I have to do to recover my passvord ...I tried to delete lock from raiblocks directory but still face same thing and even I cannot import address because its locked should I uninstall it and reinstall and import seeds does it will work or not ....
You need to remove you wallet. After remove you need install program wallet again.
